Mazda, from the very beginning, failed to address what started as a clear safety concern. This dealer is a scam, stay as far away from them as you can. They tack on an extra $3,000 of “security accessories” to the price of their vehicles whether you want them or not. This is unethical.

I loved how friendly everyone was especially Chris Perez who was patient with me. Just an amazing car buying experience all around! We recently purchased a 2019 CX-3 From Puente Hills. My mother has had 3 major back surgeries and suffers from chronic migraines. The Team at Puente Hills (Christina, Sean, Yuan, and Wes) was so very accommodating. We settled on a great price and were able to come in, sign paperwork, and be on our way. It was probably the best car buy experience ever. John was very professional, transparent, warm, and delivered on everything promised (and more). I will not hesitate to spread the good word about John, David and their crew. Working in sales and marketing myself, I appreciate his low key approach (not in your face) and his professional demeanor.

Our 2007 Mazda CX7 ( 119K miles ) was often hesitating significantly upon acceleration. I got scanner codes P2177, P2187, P2188, P2195, P0302, P0300 which relate to mixture rich/lean and misfires. Moved cyl2 coil and plug to another cylinder but misfired did not move!
I went to Mazda of Puente Hills (Mar2017) in for a diagnosis ($140). They claimed a new high pressure fuel pump was required for $1300. I was researching inventory for the Mazda CX-5 on the Puente Hills website, late on a Saturday evening. A "chat" window popped up, asking if required assistance. The first thing a car buyer wants is to have someone who is straight forward, professional and informative especially when you're buying a new SUV. Justin has all the aspects. As loyal Honda buyers, we came in looking for a sporty car and were able to find a great car at a great price. We looked at MINI’s, Buick’s, VW’s, Honda’s, KIA’s, Lexus, and Hyundai. Mazda’price, safety record and customer service won the deal. John and Justin did a great job working with us and they were able to give us options that the other dealers couldn’t. No reason this visit should have taken over 6 hours. (After 5 1/2 hours we told them we had to leave to get home. They offered to send someone to the house to continue the process... that was strange. No thanks.)
