How much cargo space is there in the 2019 Mazda CX-3?
Aside from the design philosophy, much of the 2019 CX-3 is being carried over from 2018. The interior dimensions remain identical, so the cargo space is unchanged. Initially, you will have 12.4 cubic feet of cargo volume. That is with the rear seats upright. When you fold them down, however, you almost quadruple your cargo room to 44.5 cubic feet. By folding the seats totally down, you will obviously reduce your seating capacity to just two, so make sure you don't have any additional passengers if you have to utilize the whole cargo area.
Speaking of passengers, the CX-3, though compact, allows for up to 88 cubic feet of maximum passenger volume when all seats are upright. You and your four passengers will also be comfortable with more than 41 inches of legroom, 38 inches of headroom, and 52 inches of hip room. Don't take its small stature as an indictment on its interior space. The 2019 CX-3 is just as comfortable as it is stylish and efficient.
