“ I truly had the best experience with Puente Hills Mazda! Long story short- they helped me when I needed it the most! I used to go to the Thousand Oaks branch, but ever since the great Cynthia left, that dealership has yet to care. Cynthia referred me to Sean who helped me quickly streamline the lease and meet all my needs. Jose then arrived with my car with a giant bow that made me just feel special. He then showed me all the features of the car and answered anything I had questions about. Both of them TRULY made this the best experience and I could not rave more about them. I 100% will be coming back to Puente Hills when this lease is up, because of them! Thank you!!! ”
“ Great service, had me out in 3 hours. ”

I loved my other car and love this new car. My experience here was exceptional! ”

Together they helped put a solid deal together and made the overall experience straightforward and positive. I appreciated how respectful and low-pressure the entire process felt. Definitely recommend asking for Yoan if you’re in the market for a car. ”
“ 3rd CX5 leased from this “dealer” 4th CX5 leased from Mazda 2025 CX-5 leased on January 2025 under 7000 miles battery completely drained “no warning” Contacted Mazda Roadside Assistance brought the vehicle to the dealership … After checking in the vehicle, was told even though it has 36000 miles bumper to bumper warranty but the vehicle is considered “under driven” and if that is the case after diagnostic there will be a charge of $220 for the service… ???????????? What’s considered under driven who is to determine what is and is not under driven? Very disappointed Extremely dissatisfied …. Niece leased her CX5 in AZ same issue with the battery brought it to local Mazda dealership where she got her vehicle not one question ask replaced with a brand new battery and out of the dealership under 2 hours with a car wash Furthermore it is not a pleasant experience to speak to an AI trying to book a service appointment … Thank you, the issue had been resolved a new battery was replaced for the vehicle at no charge, the frustration came from the word “under driven” anyhow once again Thank you for servicing the vehicle. ”
“ Javier made my car buying experience very easy. He was transparent with everything and very helpful. I would definitely recommend him to others interested in buying a vehicle. He checked in regularly and cares about his job. I LOVE MY MAZDA!! ”
“ Isaiah Becerra was an excellent salesman and made my car buying experience smooth, strees-free, and enjoyable from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to make sure I found the perfect Mazda for my needs. I never felt pressured, only supported and well-informed throughout the entire process. Thanks to Isaiah and his manager I drove off in an amazing 2026 CX-20 2.5 S SES AWD and couldn't be happier with my experience and for welcoming me to the Mazda family. ”
“ Cant say enough about my whole experience with mazda. Almost 10 years of service . Best part is the service dept cust service, all the guys are great and respectful. Arthur is very very helpful and accommodating always makes the interactions highest quality of professionalism with a touch of personality and well wishing. Great Kid ! Thanks mazda will be getting that 2026 next month.... ”
“ First time buying a car and my experience was great. I was dreading getting a new car because I hate car dealerships but the amazing staff at this Mazda dealership made my experience great and I felt like they really wanted to give me the best deal. Shout out to Andy and Edwin for providing the best service and not making me feel pressured. ”
“ I used Mazda Puente Hills to lease a CX30. The rep, Sean Swanson, was outstanding. He was professional, responsive, knowledgeable and reliable. He was very fair and accommodating in all my requests. I rarely have such experience with any sales experience and even less so when it comes to cars, but Sean and Puente Hills exceeded my expectations. ”
“ Ben was super helpful in delivering my car and making sure the process was smooth! He was also very kind and patient in answering questions. He also checked in with me afterwards to make sure everything was running smooth with the vehicle! ”
“ I’ve been coming here for service for a while now, and every visit has been a great experience thanks to Ramiro and Arthur. One of them always takes care of me whenever I come in, and they are consistently professional, patient, and extremely detail-oriented. They take the time to explain everything clearly, never rush the process, and genuinely make sure you feel taken care of. The whole experience is smooth and stress-free every single time. Honestly, coming here feels like coming home. It’s rare to find service advisors who are this reliable and personable. Highly recommend asking for Ramiro or Arthur if you’re coming in for service ”
“ Last day of 2025, we got a great price for CX-30. Ben and Alex are both very nice and patient to introduce cars, sales manager Ryan is kind too. Perfect environment right here. Five stars recommended. ”
“ Great experience with Mazda on Christmas Eve. In particular I appreciated the guy that handled my transaction, Edwin. He is not a kid and he knows what is talking about. I wish more guys in car sales acted like him. He isn’t just there to sell a car, he’s there to work. ”
“ Bad experience with the service department: Took my car in on a Friday for a basic oil change and tire rotation. This was only my second time coming here—the first visit went smoothly with no issues at all. Shoutout to Arthur, the advisor who helped me that day—he was helpful and the process was smooth. Later that same day (and again the next day), the oil pressure light came on during a drive. I scanned it myself at home and got an oil pressure sensor code. That Monday evening I brought it back and again worked with Arthur, who was helpful. Since I work mornings, I dropped the car off that evening for them to check the next day. Arthur let me know no courtesy cars were available, but he was able to get me a Lyft home with no issue, which I appreciated. On Tuesday, a different advisor handled my case. I was told at first no codes came up, but after a test drive and rescanning, the same code showed. They diagnosed it as the oil pressure sensor and quoted me over $600 for the repair. I declined. I was then told I’d still have to pay the $220 diagnostic fee. I agreed, but when I asked about getting a ride back to pick up the car, I was told no rides were available and they couldn’t even order a Lyft, which was frustrating—especially since that had already been done the day before. About an hour later, the advisor texted saying the manager would waive the diagnostic fee. I do appreciate that—thanks to Art Soto for that. When I went to pick up the car, the experience went downhill. I asked what tests were actually done and if they verified oil pressure manually. I was told no, that would be an additional ~$400, and that the tech “has done this over 100 times so it’s for sure the sensor.” That didn’t sit right with me—experience doesn’t replace actually testing something, especially when it comes to engine oil pressure. From what I could tell, they basically just scanned the car (same thing I did at home). While I was still reading through the paperwork, the advisor grabbed my keys and was already standing by the door like we were being rushed out. I still had questions about the repair quote and wanted a breakdown of parts/labor, but at that point I knew I wouldn’t be coming back. What makes this more frustrating is that since picking it up, I’ve driven over 600 miles on a road trip and the oil pressure light hasn’t come back on once. I understand intermittent issues happen, but it makes the $600 diagnosis feel even less convincing. Overall, I appreciate Arthur’s (original advisor) help and the waived fee, but the lack of thorough testing and the way the situation was handled—especially on Tuesday—left a bad impression. I’d recommend getting a second opinion before approving any major repairs here. ”
“ I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received. All I wanted was some information regarding my vehicle leasing contract, yet it has been unnecessarily difficult to obtain. I have made multiple phone calls, none of which were answered. I was also told that someone would return my call, but I have not received any follow-up whatsoever. It is frustrating that something as simple as requesting contract details has turned into such a time-consuming and unresolved issue. This lack of responsiveness and professionalism is unacceptable. If this is the level of service provided, I seriously question continuing any business relationship with your company. When my leasing contract expires, I will strongly reconsider and most likely choose not to make any future purchases from your dealership. I expect a prompt response and a clear explanation regarding my contract without any further delay. ”
“ Still don't understand why there is a $5k mark up on the car now. And they keep saying it happen every where. Bad sale man ”
“ Bad experience with the service department. Today I have appointmemt 7:20 a.m. for an oil change & tire rotation. I met the ART SOTO advisor. Normally, I always do the service at Puente Hills Mazda. Eeverytime when I have been here great work and service have been great, and most of advisor is polite and respectful. But today isn't. Art Soto, the first time I met him. But he makes me feel offended and wried conversation when I talk to him. I asked him How long are you gonna take for service today? He said a couple days!! I asked him twice but he still said a couple days so I stopped asking any questions because his answer doesn't make sense. The reason I ask him. I don't have a bad intention or rush his job BUT I need to know estimate time because I have to work. So, I decided to buy 3 Services/2 Years with him. He took such a long time to process my plan on his computer. The other advisor took 2 customers finished but I'm still with him. Finally, before I go to the rest area he told me it took around 1.15 h. for service. When the car is ready. I paid for my plan and he gave me a key and I went to grab my car by myself. You know what! I did service here more than 5 times when a car finished service another advisor walked outside and sent me to the car. And I saw another advisor walk outside and send their customer. But he was not. English is my second language. I'm asian but it doesn't mean I don't understand what you say or I don't know the attitude that you gave to me. This is the first impression with him that it's so bad and I don't know him before. It doesn't make sense the way that he treat me. I don't know if he tried to offend, was disrespectful to me, or wanted to joke but I'm not. I'm younger than him and I respect his job. He should respect me like a customer too. If you don't want to service me. You can pass me to another advisor. If he is the manager. He should get training in service, manners, and computer skills because the other advisor can work professionally and be more polite and great service than him. Sorry, that I have to review directly, but I am really disappointed with the service today. ”
“ I bought a new Mazda CX-5 in this dealership on November 1st, 2025. But I keep getting iStop error messages flashing during driving, so I keep calling and bringing the new CX-5 back to dealership. Today, February 24, 2026 is the 3rd time repair, they replaced my instrument cluster switch and requested me to bring the car back before service dept close t 6pm. I asked sales manager, Ryan if he can help to keep my car key for me because I can not make it to the dealer by 6pm but I’ll arrive before sales dept closed at 8pm and he refused to help!!! ”
“ Very bad experience – beware I had a very bad experience with this dealer’s parts department. I sent my assistant to purchase three parts. They first provided a written estimate, which we had on hand. Later the same day, when we went to pay, they issued an invoice for the exact same parts but increased the price by $400. When my assistant confronted them and showed the original estimate, they agreed to honor the original price only if we paid cash, saying they do not accept credit cards. They claimed they haven’t accepted credit card payments from anyone for over a year, which I find very hard to believe for an Infiniti dealer. This felt misleading and unprofessional. Changing prices the same day and then forcing cash payment raises serious red flags. I would advise others to be very careful, get everything in writing, and watch out for these practices. ”

“ I recently purchased a 2026 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid and had the best car buying experience ever. Isaiah, Sean, and Alex were incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. They made the process smooth, straightforward, and stress free, and we were in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I truly appreciated how transparent and welcoming everyone was. If you’re considering purchasing a Mazda, I highly recommend Puente Hills Mazda! Great customer service :) ”
